Category of Flats
Apartments and other dwelling units are provided by AFWO while taking into account the needs and financial constraints of its members. There are proposed flats in different sizes and classifications in each of the mentioned schemes. The following are the approximate sizes of several types of apartments, which range from 1 BHK to 4 BHK:

NOTE: The details given above are only a guide. However, the types of dwelling units, their Super Areas, number of rooms, their sizes and specifications etc. will be as advertised separately for each project. Similarly plots may also be offered for sale, for which instructions will be issued separately.
