An apex organization for armed forces

The goal of the Armed Forces Welfare Organization (AFWO), a social service organization, is to advance and facilitate the welfare of active and retired members of the armed forces, as well as paramilitary people. The organization operates on a “NO PROFIT NO LOSS” premise and is registered under the Government of India Act.

Providing residential units (residential plots, apartments, separate floors, farms, etc.) in response to the needs of Defense and Para-Military personnel and their families is one of AFWO’s many goals. It does this by supporting housing schemes in cities around the nation.

While AFWO doesn’t create projects on its own, it collaborates with reputable builders and developers to offer its members the finest possible housing options at fair costs.

In the past, AFWO has delivered many housing projects directly benefitting thousands of families of Defense and Para Military personnel. Presently, the organization is inviting applications for Studio/1/2 BHK apartments in Raksha Lake County (Naukuchiyatal , Nainital) and 3BHK+S Villa in Raksha Paradise (Ranikhet) and in Gurgaon AFWO an apex organization for armed forces.

With a resolve to work towards welfare of defence personnel and their families, we are planning more affordable group housing schemes, and hope that our patrons would take advantage and immensely benefit by availing homes in our forthcoming projects.
