Terms and Conditions


1. The Eligibility for Participation section specifies who is eligible to take part in the AFWO demand surveys.

2. Eligible individuals may submit an application to take part in AFWO Demand Surveys by following the steps outlined in the section on how to apply.

3. The application will not be accepted if the applicant does not complete the required Application Form online or offline and send it to AFWO with the required commitment fee.

4. Each location’s commitment fee to participate in the demand survey is Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand Only), which is refundable in accordance with clause 5 below.

5. If the applicant chooses not to reserve the living unit, the commitment fee will be repaid in the amount of Rs. 90000 after Rs. 1000 is deducted for administrative costs.

6. If an applicant decides to reserve a dwelling unit after taking part in a demand survey, the Rs. 10,000/- that was deposited as a commitment fee will be redirected to administrative costs; these costs are non-refundable and cannot be applied toward project registration.

7. Should the demand survey not be successful at a specific site, the applicant may move his commitment fee to another place or request a refund in accordance with clause 5 above.

8. Only a general notion of these items will be provided in the notice for the Demand Survey since it is the initial phase of a planned housing scheme and information like the availability of land, real location, cost of land, etc. would not be known.

9. Without providing an explanation of any kind, AFWO retains the right to accept or reject any application for a demand survey.
