AFWO President’s Message

Armed Forces Officials Welfare Organization, is a Social Service Organization established with the aim of fostering the best interests and welfare of armed forces personnel and their families in any matter likely to affect them during or after their period of service.

Housing being one of the prime concerns of every member of the coveted Indian Armed Forces, is one of the main activities undertaken by AFWO.

AFWO has inherited a very good reputation which has always translated in completion and delivery of projects. We continue to strive to provide best housing options to its members in various cities. Before deciding to start a project, great care and attention are taken to conduct a preliminary Demand Survey at various sites. To determine the best alternative for a project, consideration is given to all relevant factors, such as location, legal status, scope for appreciation, etc.

Numerous residential housing projects have been planned, built, and delivered in the past by our company and its executive members. Our business is currently building a few housing developments in Gurgaon and Greater Noida. With top-notch materials and frequent oversight from knowledgeable personnel, the projects should be completed well within the allotted time constraints.

All servicing and retired armed forces personnel and their families are invited to take part in the current Demand Survey for new projects in the Delhi-NCR area and at Hill Stations.

With the unwavering efforts of our members, employees, and associates, I am confident that AFWO will play a significant role in realizing its members’ dreams of owning a respectable home that fits their needs and budget in a neighborhood of their choosing.
